Halo Pro is the world’s first Hybrid Fractional Laser for skin resurfacing. Halo Pro restores your skin’s youthful glow, with minimal downtime.
As you know, sun damage and the aging process take their toll on your face, leaving fine lines and sun spots, and robbing you of your natural, healthy glow. Halo addresses age-related and other types of skin damage in a way that minimizes treatments and recovery times, while maximizing results.
In the past, you had to choose between a procedure that offered really great results but required a lengthy recovery, or a procedure with a fast recovery but marginal results. Now with Halo you get the best of both worlds: great results with minimal downtime. Halo combines deep dermal rejuvenation with epidermal renewal for a combined synergistic effect you can’t get with any other treatment. Halo creates beautiful results without the downtime of more aggressive treatments.
Halo precisely targets years of damage to your skin, including:

There are many skin rejuvenation procedures on the market, and it can be difficult to figure out the differences and know which might be best for you. In order to articulate why Halo Pro is so unique, it is essential to understand the basics of laser procedures. We’ll discuss the two categories of laser treatments: ablative and non-ablative. Until Halo Pro, all laser procedures fell into one of these two categories …
Ablative Laser Treatments
The ablative wavelength eliminates blemishes by removing the the skin’s superficial layers (the epidermis). Once the outer layers are removed, the body heals itself by producing collagen and tightening and rejuvenating the dermis. You can expect a dramatic difference from ablative laser but your downtime may be longer due to post-procedure swelling. Downtime is typically one to two weeks.
Non-Ablative Laser Treatments
Non-ablative laser treatments provide less dramatic outcomes but the downtime is significantly less than ablative. There is less redness and swelling involved because it’s relatively less invasive. Unlike the ablative type, the majority of the upper layers of the skin (epidermis) remains unharmed. The downtime is minimal.
Between the two, there is no best laser. It really depends on the specific skin issues you’re experiencing and addressing. Ablative lasers work wonderfully for deep wrinkles and acne scarring while non-ablative treatments are the best choice for your pigmentation woes, rosacea, and unwanted spider veins.
Halo Pro combines both laser wavelengths. It’s called a hybrid laser because of its ability to deliver two perfectly targeted laser treatments in one pass. You get the benefit of deeper dermis (the inner layer of the skin) remodeling and collagen stimulation, at the same time the epidermis (the outer layer of the skin) is treated for sun damage and fine lines. And, Halo’s Hybrid Fractional Laser technology has a shorter recovery time more closely associated with the non-ablative wavelength. In summary, Halo Pro provides both wavelengths, incredible results, and the shortest recovery time among laser rejuvenation procedures!

My skin now feels like it did back in high school. It is so smooth and luminous and I feel like I can’t see the pores on my face anymore. I’ve never felt and looked better.
Clayton: Crystal Bay, NV
The best part of my Halo treatment was how easy it was! I have done a few laser and light treatments in the past, but nothing came close. To be able to have a treatment with minimal discomfort, be able to go out the next day and still get results was amazing!
Gina: Incline Village, CA
Over the years, I have always worried about how much damage I’ve done to my skin. My freckles turned into brown spots and my pores were large. Halo not only made my skin feel and look amazing but it also reversed the internal sun damage. Halo hit the spot!
Maria: San Jose, CA
Halo is a complete skin rejuvenation treatment. You will see improvements in overall tone and texture in addition to significant removal of discoloration, reduction in fine lines*, reduced pore size, skin reflectivity and glow.
What’s great about Halo is that you can choose how many treatments you want! Discuss with your clinician your needs and you can choose to have one or two more aggressive treatments or have multiple treatments that are less aggressive and achieve a similar goal over a longer period of time.
Thirty minutes to an hour before the treatment your clinician may place a topical anesthetic on your skin to reduce the sensation during the procedure. The area will be measured with motion tracking technology to ensure the area is treated evenly. The clinician will treat each measured section by uniformly rolling the Halo handpiece over the skin until the system recognizes the treatment is complete.
With a topical anesthetic and integrated cooling technology, most patients experience very little discomfort. Most patients describe the treatment as a feeling of heat with occasional prickling sensations, but are generally comfortable. After the treatment, most patients will continue to feel warm for an additional 15 to 30 minutes, or a bit longer with deeper treatment levels.
For the first 24 hours you should keep your skin protected according to your clinician’s instructions, but after that you should be able to go about your normal activities. After the first 24 hours your skin will begin to peel, but you will be able to put on makeup. For a facial treatment, you will see very little change on the first day. After two to three days you will develop a light bronzing appearance. By day three or four your skin will peel, revealing your new skin beneath.
You will see initial results between two and five days after your Halo treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. Most patients see the greatest pigmentary improvement in the first two to three weeks. This is followed by a dermal regeneration phase that continues to improve for months.
Our Halo results will last for years to come, but you should continue to keep your skin protected at all times using UV sunscreen to protect your new, healthy skin. Each additional Halo treatment you get will only improve the results, giving you even better looking skin.
Every Halo treatment is customized for your skin, and your lifestyle. Depending on your needs, your provider may recommend a single treatment, or a series of treatments. In order to find out which is the best option for you, please visit a provider near you for a consultation.
